Carlos Perez, MBA - Process Improvement Advisor, Lean Coach & Practitioner

Carlos has over 20 years of experience implementing Lean & Six Sigma improvement programs in the US and Latin America. He is a Lean Black Belt, Workout® Facilitator, and has participated in numerous improvement events as the lead facilitator. He has a Lean Office & Service Certification from the University of Michigan, LBB from Haley & Aldrich, and is a Everything DiSC ® certified trainer.

His work leading improvement strategies and building teams has given him the knowledge of how a practical, collaborative approach can achieve business goals. Carlos helps customers succeed by focusing on "where the work gets done".

We offer an individual and team assessment tool - Everything DiSC ®, which improves leader self-awareness, employee and team engagement. We use Lean Thinking to increase productivity and value delivery. This progressive combination has proved to be a successful approach for our client customized process improvement plans.
